Pets

Hello good morning I am writing this review in regards to pet owners in or around building 6 I’m not sure who it is but someone is not taking the time to pick up and clean the mess their pets are leaving in the grass outside by my steps it’s becoming a little upsetting to leave for work in the morning and have to dodge stepping in dog poop please advise pet owners to clean up would be greatly appreciated

No water for days is unacceptable

I was willing to give this place another try but after shutting off the water and ignoring maintenance requests to resolve this issue-deal breaker!!

Great apartment complex/neighbors

The living experience at this apartment complex has been great with the exception of a few things. Being students and wanting the luxury of studying at home has been difficult due to residents in the surrounding units playing music with heavy bass at all hours of the day. A reasonable volume is understandable, anyone who pays to live at this apartment complex should be able to enjoy the comfort of their own home without question. However, after putting in numerous complaints the problem hasn't been solved if not gotten worse. It is hard to study and get work done when your dishes are shaking in the cabinets and your floor is rattling because of music. Also, parking spots are hard to find with fellow residents parking over lines claiming more than one spot for themselves. The living situation here would be perfect if these things could be handled.

Good to go

Enjoy the layout. Do have some pieces of the wall coming apart. Had to have maintenance come by twice already and only been there since July 23rd. Kim is awesome. I don't like how maintenance will knock once and come in without making sure someone is home. I get it if it's a flood or fire sure but to fix my cabinet? I woke up to a man in my apartment . I have a small dog that barks at every creek in the ceiling so my dog would have heard him knock. Just saying give me a chance to open the door and let you in especially if it's not am emergency. I know about the not letting entry button but it was pressed and still came in. You couldn't pay me to walk into someone's apartment not knowing if they are there or not. Coud be bad news js. Overall I work alot so I'm not home as much as I want to be but it ls very nice to relax in. Still getting used to apartment living. The parking situation kinda sucks but I hope to get a garage soon I'm happy

Pretty awesome!

We have lived at Quail Landing for 8 years, moved away for a year, and are back now. By a fluke, we were able to rent the exact same apartment, which we love! During the time that we were gone, they have done some lovely upgrades: new Woodlake vinyl flooring in the living spaces, new premium carpet in the bedrooms (the kind you can clean with bleach!), new sinks and hardware, and new mirrors in the bathrooms. They also replaced all the appliances with stainless steel models. I understand that there were some issues with management and maintenance while we were gone, but those seem to have resolved under manager Kim. I have found maintenance to be pretty responsive, and I have asked for about 8 things (e.g., getting sliding glass door better aligned, having dishwasher looked at, etc.), none of which was major. The grounds here could use a little landscaping help, but are nice overall. We love, love, love our patio! It’s a great space, with a very reasonably sized storage room at the end. Our patio, like a lot of other apartments, faces a green space enjoyed by a lot of residents walking their dogs. Besides being pretty awesome overall, the neighbors are friendly and the complex is quiet at night. We’re glad we moved back…it feels like home!

Trash Issue

I have a Big Issue with who ever is in charge of Garbage Pick Up , for five days no pick up , then Saturday night they took three bags of trash and left two bags in my trash can , I would like for Management to terminate the contract with this company and Hire a more reliable Contractor , That is capable of doing the Job ! .

maintenance and customer service not like it used to be

I have lived here two years and I used to live here in the past Their maintenance is getting really unreliable and their customer service is not like it used to be they only answer phones when you go through like you’re trying to rent instead of their customers they already have…! There’s a good chance they’re going to lose me and a lot of others if this keeps up…. Malfunctioning gate, no pool, It’s just getting to be really bad service and I usually don’t complain….. If nothing else I’m very disappointed— they’re not cheap either….

I have a downstairs apartment and you can hear every footstep coming from upstairs. So annoying! Also there is no grounds crew that cleans up trash around the apartments.

Appartment

Not really worth the price I pay my up stairs neighbors are really loud every hour of the night and the apartment does not accommodate if you have been effected by Covid my lease is nearly up and I’m ready to move

Maintenance

Maintenance was quick to fix the dishwasher . I want to apologize to the man that came look at it Monday. I didn't remove all the cleaning supplies like he told me to do. I thought he was coming back Wednesday but instead it got fix sooner on Tuesday. I appreciate you getting it fix and I meant no disrespect by not following your instructions. Thank you alot .

3yrs Happy (mostly)

Great office and maintenance staff! Unhappy with the recent decision to refuse package acceptance in the office, feel that is a standard amenity in most complexes. Other than that (besides hit/miss “valet trash service” that we are automatically charged $26/mo for), it’s a nice place to live for value. If rent increases much, one of the newer complexes in same area would be better option.

Totally Awesome

I have been living here for quiet some time and this is an outstanding apartment community. The staff here is a cut above the rest. When I have issues that need to be resolved they are accomplished in a professional manner and one time. The management staff is totally out standing and treats you as part of their family. There is no better place to live.

Wonderful Place to Live

I've lived at Quail Landing for almost 2 years and I love living here! The location is great- you are close to everything, and the staff make you feel at home. My apartment is very spacious and has an attached garage which makes my life so much easier! It's also Edmond school district which my kids love.

Resident Experience

My living experience at Quail Landing since October 2018 has been great. The front office staff is always helpful, nice, friendly, courteous and professional. My maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner. I only have a couple small suggestions which is in reference to the main gate. It’s a bit inconvenient that the only options of entering the gate is either by calling the resident on the phone panel at the front gate to get buzzed in or to have an opener. It would be nice to have an actual gate code to enter. If there’s one available then I’m not aware of it so I do apologize. The other suggestion is that I have experienced there are 2 separate codes that are specific for entry to the inner gates, mailroom, workout room and two other doors and I’m not sure what the reasoning is for that but it’s a bit inconvenient having to remember separate codes to enter different areas on the property. Is it too much to ask for just 1code again? Me and my family still enjoy living in this little community. I hope with the new change, it doesn’t mean the personnel staff is gonna change too because they really are amazing people and very delightful to deal with. Thank you for listening.
