The parking lot is unsafe and poor security. There are gates for guests which are always left open to allow anyone into the... community. There are also no security cameras in the parking area to catch the car break-ins. My truck was broken into and the windows were knocked out.

It's been more than two weeks since I've been able to have a decent night's sleep. I've complained about the loud AC unit... outside my window that is keeping me awake at night, every night. It's incessant mechanical hummmm vibrates the floor and walls of my apartment, it is impossible to shut out the noise even with ear plugs and a white noise machine running. I'm losing my mind. I showed up at the office to introduce myself this morning, and after staff let me in (along with a county sheriff officer) they sent me away without hearing a work because you aren't freaking open for another 30 minutes. So now I'm leaving work on a busy day to do what I was already there in front of staff to do. Voice my displeasure. You are in breach of contract on my new lease as long as this problem persists and my patience is now gone. I will use every available means of communication, public and private, to get my message across in a meaningful way and get the problem resolved to my satisfaction, FAST, or I will also take legal action and leave for a decent apartment. I moved in on the 30th yet my blinds in my bedroom still has not been replaced or fixed. I currently have a picture leaning... up against my window hoping no one will peek through my window. Maintenance came in today and did nothing, and I received an email stating the work order is complete. I called the office just last week and was told the blinds may be on back order and apologized for the inconvenience. This should have been fixed when I moved in. Our lease agreement, like those of many apartment communities, specifies that the resident remains responsible for rent until the end of their notice period. This is irrespective of whether they physically vacate or hand over the keys before that date. We do this to ensure we have sufficient notice to prepare the apartment for the next resident, which involves cleaning, repairs, and other necessary tasks.
Regarding your comment about evictions and late fees, we strive to be fair and transparent with our policies. In Oklahoma City, it is standard practice to apply late fees on the 6th day of the month if rent is not paid by the 5th. Following that, residents are given an additional 5 days to make the payment before any eviction proceedings may begin. This information is also stated in our lease agreement.
We understand that this situation may have been frustrating, and we apologize if our policies were not clear. We aim to maintain open communication and ensure that our residents are well-informed about all the terms and conditions of their leases. I have lived here since the last 3 years, overall I have liked this place EXCEPT THE MAINTENANCE!! I had a leak from the... flush tank in the guest rest room, just because their shit policy says that restroom flood emergency isn’t an emergency with 2 bedrooms, DOES NOT MEAN it’s not an emergency for the tenant. I had guests over the weekend and the guest restroom’s flush tank valve began leaking and flooding the restroom floor, i had to turn off the flush tap but that means that the toilet was now useless. I called maintenance and all they said is that it’s not an emergency for them because I have two restrooms and they would only come on Monday to fix it. All day and night the guests will have to use the master bedroom for restroom, which is very painful and embarrassing!!! Do not try to ever change your lease or they will charge you double although a previous leasing manager my have told you something completely different in order to get you to sign. I lived here for two full years and a half of another. It was just ok. The staff were not as friendly as i would have thought... they would be in a place like this. Maintenance was amazing though, you could put in a request and they were on it in a few hours. Loved that part! The pools were hardly ever open it seemed like. I complained and the lady told me that the pools were not considered paid for by residence and that they were considered as a freebee. So if your moving here for the amenities like I was, go somewhere else. All in all it was a good experience. Doubt i will ever go back though.
