Hello Priya, We're happy to receive any and all feedback, but we feel that this case is not being fully represented. Upon reviewing your service request history, our records show that all your service requests, dating back to September of 2022, show that they were addressed within just a couple days, with one taking slightly longer as we waited for replacement parts. Hi Nakim, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience, and we'd like to provide further clarity on our policies. Our lease agreement, like those of many apartment communities, specifies that the resident remains responsible for rent until the end of their notice period. This is irrespective of whether they physically vacate or hand over the keys before that date. We do this to ensure we have sufficient notice to prepare the apartment for the next resident, which involves cleaning, repairs, and other necessary tasks. Regarding your comment about evictions and late fees, we strive to be fair and transparent with our policies. In Oklahoma City, it is standard practice to apply late fees on the 6th day of the month if rent is not paid by the 5th. Following that, residents are given an additional 5 days to make the payment before any eviction proceedings may begin. This information is also stated in our lease agreement. We understand that this situation may have been frustrating, and we apologize if our policies were not clear. We aim to maintain open communication and ensure that our residents are well-informed about all the terms and conditions of their leases. We understand the malfunctioning gates are extremely frustrating, for us as well. We have made repairs to all the gates on the property, and all gates are functioning properly. Unfortunately, we do experience gates being run into by vehicles occasionally, which causes them to need repairs. We also hired a new security team! Additionally, we repaired the swimming pool nearest the Leasing Office, so it will be up and running for the Summer.
