My family and I have lived here 28 years, and have seen a lot of changes here, But the renovation by far has been the best... for this complex. Overall the aprartment complex is a great community, finding a parking spot at night on the other hand, can be hard to find now that we have covered parking, never had a problem finding a spot to park before those were put in. I just want to say for the third year in a row that Indigo Apartment Homes has never failed to disappoint. This place has... been an absolutely superb experience here. The pricing is amazing, the staff is absolutely wonderful. I have always put in a good word for this apartment ever since I started here with Brittany Ali. Brittany, Christina, and Payton have all been absolutely incredible community directors here at Indigo. With me being born in the 90's, I doubt I will ever own a house. However, should I ever have the money to afford one, until then, I plan to be a long time resident here at Indigo. Also, Indigo Apartment Life is just as amazing with the efforts they put into their events. I commend them for their hard work as well.
Overall, this place deserves 5 stars every chance I can give it fairly. I usually do a review once a year so that it remains to be a fair assessment. Thank you Indigo for so much. I've grown a lot in my 30's and I can't thank you enough for it. This chapter in my life has been about growth. The staff here has been so amazing and supportive along my journey and I seriously hope everyone there finds success however they define it.
Well, this is the part where I wrap it up. Thank you indigo for being a huge part of my life in my 30's. I tried to live in OKC in 2016, but that was a nightmare. I found this apartment here and if there were a grade better than exceeds expectations, this apartment deserves it.

Not enough regular parking. They have more paid parking than open. The you get towed with no warning, a note saying hey... don't park here. It is $344 to get your car out of the impound. I have been living here since like end of December of 2021ish? I've been here for at least a year and some change. I've seen... so many different staff members and I saw a transition of Community Directors. I've seen a person train to be a Community Director (Caleb, hope he's doing well in life), and this place has been absolutely amazing. The people here are SO friendly. The viewing here, I can see the mall from the top of my balcony. I am living my dream of being "The Great Artie." Yes, that's a Gastby reference. I need to add it to my library. the maintenance team is awesome. The cost here is outright amazing. The location, I can WALK to walmart if I wanted to.

Yesterday we realized that my son's bicycle was not on the balcony of the apartment and we went to the Indigo office to file... a complaint and they did not answer us for anything. My son is very sad because it was a gift from his grandfather and he says (now that I am telling my grandfather) it seems to me something very irresponsible and not to consider since we live here, we pay rent and nobody answers for anything and we are supposed to live in an apartment complex must have security at the very least. we are very dissatisfied

I've lived here for two months and haven't been able to sleep in my own bed/bedroom because my upstairs neighbors are so... loud (During the day and at night). Even after filing a noise complaint and calling security, nothing has changed. Stomping is still super loud, loud banging, and I'm constantly woken up at early hours of the morning from their loud "nightly instincts".
I've lost so much sleep the past few months, sleeping on my couch has caused me constant neck and back pain, along with migraines (which are sound sensitive!) I've resorted to wearing headphones and earbuds, but can STILL hear my neighbors being loud.
This has caused me so much distress, I'm mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. The boyfriend upstairs will stare into my patio camera when he leaves and it honestly just freaks me out.

Indigo Apartment Homes (At Pennsylvania Avenue) is absolutely amazing. The property management/leasing agent team is so caring!... Truly wonderful souls. I plan to renew my lease, and I hope that everyone enjoys their job as much as I enjoy their help. I hope Kaleb (The apprentice? In Training? The cool guy who is on this one year journey) becomes a property manager. I hope all the staff there are doing well. When I first moved here, I met Danny, Danielle, Sydney, Tiana, and several others. They were incredibly kind. I am so glad that I chose Indigo Apartment Homes. I had two choices, Chisholm Park or Indigo. Indigo still sits at 4.0 with 600 reviews. Chisholm Park has 3.2 with 86 reviews. I look at reviews a lot, and I truly examine them. I am so blessed and glad that I have chosen this apartment complex. One day when I have time to spare, and I can make it to a live event, I would like to be someone people (Residents) see on the property and is like "Hey, it's Artie!"
Again, thank you so much for teaching me new world concepts, and letting me stay here. I have a story to tell that I don't think 800 characters could do enough to suffice, but long story short, I went from not having much at all to now I'm a manager and staying at amazing apartments. If there were enough to score more than 5 stars on Google reviews, I'd score more. Keep going Indigo! Super proud of yall! I hope this review is encouraging to you all, and I hope you keep going despite these difficult cold months.
